Alison is simply fantastic to do business with. She was very available and responsive to my phone calls and texts. She was also very patient as I had never purchased a piece of equipment in this way before. She was understanding and able to put me at ease and answer any questions I had. She was also knowledgeable about the device and was happy to help me get any questions answered through the seller.
